Order Information

Custom Orders
Simply call us and describe your custom requirements. Imprinted and custom designs require set-up fees; refer to prices for different fees. Additional charges may apply due to multiple colors, quality of graphics and specific PMS ink color matches.

Minimum Order
Our minimum order is $25.00 on all stock products. There are minimum quantity orders on custom print products. Shipping charges are extra.

Pricing, Credit & Payment
Every effort will be made to hold prices throughout the 2009 year. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders are shipped on open account to established public or private institutions, providing the order is properly authorized. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted for your convenience.

Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. Fremont, Nebraska. Hammond & Stephens prepays and adds all freight charges to your invoice. Shipping charges are approximately 10-15% of the order amount.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, please notify us and return the packing slip with in 30 days of the invoice date. Please note: all unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A deduction may be made from credit issued for returned items to cover the expenses of handling. Custom printed items are non-returnable, unless defective or Hammond & Stephens is in error.

Freight Damages / Shortages
Shipments should be checked for damages and shortages before signing the freight bill. Note on the freight bill before signing if shipment is short or cartons are damaged.
